To know or not to know (the awakening)

Very simple message here, sounds complex... but it isn´t, just takes understanding. And not being left aside like most things that has been said...

Right for those who might not know yet what this is about, this is a message to clear things up abit on knowing(waking up)or mostly remembering what we already know, but have either forgotton what you know, or know it, but decide not to go by what you already know, from either society or fear...etc... listen and look very carefully, as these words in this video have been chosen presisely as all my videos and not by accident, from mostly inspiration..... many times this message has been told... you would most probably, know...)

The Tibetan Book of the Dead - A Way of Life

Death is real, it comes without warning and it cannot be escaped. An ancient source of strength and guidance, The Tibetan Book of the Dead remains an essential teaching in the Buddhist cultures of the Himalayas. Narrated by Leonard Cohen, this enlightening two-part series explores the sacred text and boldly visualizes the afterlife according to its profound wisdom. "A Way of Life" reveals the history of The Tibetan Book of the Dead and examines its traditional use in northern India, as well as its acceptance in Western hospices. Shot over a four-month period, the film contains footage of the rites and liturgies for a deceased Ladakhi elder and includes an interview with the Dalai Lama, who shares his views on the book's meaning and importance.

Whirling Dervices - Sufism

"There is a method, a Sufi method know as dervish dancing. Sufis dance. You might have observed small children whirling, dancing round and round and then getting in a whirl... And small children like whirling. Why? -- because when they whirl, they get a deep kick, and in that kick they again feel themselves beyond the body. And that's a beautiful experience -- that's why they like it. Studying this whirling of children, Sufis have developed a method, a meditation method -- they turn, whirl. ... they will tell you to dance, and go on in a mad whirl, and remain a witness -- as if a wheel is moving, and the axis is there and on the axis, the wheel is moving...The axis remains constantly in one position, centered, and the wheel moves on it. Whirl like a wheel, and remember your witness inside as a center. Suddenly you will feel you are the center and the body is just a wheel." - Osho

"It's been said that attachment to the material world is at the root of most of our suffering. Eco-philosopher extraordinaire Peter Russell tells us why, in this conversation about the Art of Letting Go. Peter says that part of the problem is that the media and all our external influences are constantly telling us what we're lacking, what we are not good enough for and what other people are doing, which creates a sense of need that is false in nature.

But what do we do about it? Peter tells us how to unplug from what's not real and anchor into what is. Easier said than done? You decide. It seems quite simple and may lead to a more balanced life"

End of Mayan Calendar, 21/12/2012 What does this mean for the Human race

John Major Jenkins is an independent researcher who has devoted himself to reconstructing ancient Mayan cosmology and philosophy. Since 1986, John has traveled to Mexico and Central America seven times.

I believe that human civilization is passing through an era of great transformation. Ten years ago I began seeking answers to big questions, questions involving human spirituality, human history, and the lost wisdom of ancient civilizations. My search brough me to the Maya. Mayan cosmology contains within it the explanation for our current global transformation, and possibilities for how we can survive it. My work has been to reconstruct the lost Galactic Cosmology of the Maya, to indentify Izapa as an initiation center, and to stimulate the renaissance of Indigenous Cultures in the New World.

"Maya Cosmogenesis 2012" is based upon my realization, in 1993, that the end-date of the Long Count Calendar in 2012 pinpoints a rare alignment in a vast cycle of time called the precession of the equinoxes. Wanting to establish evidence for this, and to ascertain how and where the ancient skywatchers discovered and mapped this cycle, I devoted myself to an in depth study of Mesoamerican astronomy, cosmology, culture, and ethnography. I sought the answers to key questions, and pieced together- primarily from academic literature - my progressive interpretation of Mesoamerican history and cosmology. The exciting thing to consider is that this knowledge reemerges at a time when we really need it, for the 2012 end-date looms before us.
